Joshua Fineberg

Director of Student Services

Dr. Joshua Fineberg earned his Bachelors of Science in Education from Temple University in 2005. In 2011, he earned his Masters of Science in School Counseling from Gwynedd-Mercy University. In 2016, he graduated with a Doctor of Education from Arcadia University with a concentration in Learning and Design. During his time at Arcadia, he also earned his Administrative PreK-12 Certificate and Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility. Prior to joining Pan American Academy, Dr. Fineberg has served students as a teacher for fifth, sixth and seventh grade, as well as a School Counselor in various schools in the Philadelphia School District. Additionally, Dr. Fineberg has worked in the Philadelphia School District’s Central Office as a Tiered support specialist, and most recently as a Training and Consultation Coordinator in Special Education. He has served on various School Leadership Teams, and District Level Committees.
