Dr. Darcy Russotto

Dr. Darcy Russotto comes to Pan American Academy Charter School with over 20 years of experience in education. She started as a classroom teacher and has taught in kindergarten, first, second, third and fourth grade. After spending 15 years as a classroom teacher, Dr. Russotto began coaching teachers in curriculum and instruction.

While in this position, she wrote and implemented new curriculum in kindergarten through high school. In her last position before Principal at Pan American Academy Charter School, Dr. Russotto worked on a grant-funded project. The focus of this project was student achievement through improved teacher development. It was this project that connected her to the Pan American community.
