Tiffany Delgado-Bickley

Board Member

Tiffany Delgado-Bickley is a results-driven healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience advancing clinical improvement, community engagement, and health equity initiatives. She currently serves as a Clinical Improvement Specialist at Jefferson, coordinating health screening efforts across multiple Emergency Departments in partnership with clinical, quality, and population health teams. Previously, Tiffany served as Director of Community Impact, where she coordinated more than $1.3 million in community giving and launched Jefferson’s employee volunteer program. She also held the role of Program Manager of Clinical Health Equity at Jefferson, leading the streamlining of an enterprise-wide language access services program across 17 hospitals to improve care for diverse populations. Her background spans behavioral health, patient experience, philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership, with a consistent focus on building strong partnerships and driving measurable impact. Tiffany holds a BS in Psychology from Temple University and an MS in Nonprofit Leadership from La Salle University. She actively serves on community boards and commissions and was recognized with the City & State 2024 Community Impact Award.
