Mrs. Yolanda Morales Cooper has been an educator for over twenty-five years. She is a graduate of Immaculata University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish/Psychology. She has a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Holy Family University and an Administrative Pre-K -12 Certificate.
She began teaching as a bilingual teacher in the School District of Philadelphia at John B. Stetson Middle School in 1992 where she taught 7th and 8th grades. Mrs. Cooper also taught at Laura H. Carnell and Hamilton Disston Elementary schools. After 16 years of classroom teaching, Mrs. Cooper became a Master Teacher/District Coach for ASPIRA charter schools. She spent 6 years coaching teachers in curriculum and instruction.
In 2014, Mrs. Cooper joined Pan American Academy Charter School as an assistant principal. She served as assistant principal for 5 years prior to becoming principal at PAACS.
